Campaign Challenge: Be the Connection

Our goal is to create a massive, inter-generational web of connection, supporting future generations who will themselves become part of Camp’s history. To accomplish this we are asking donors to:

• Make a donation

• Make it in honor of someone that you are connected to through CL (directly or indirectly) or create a new connection

• We will then notify that person and challenge them to continue the connection, make a donation in honor of someone else

As the premiere Jewish overnight camp in the state, your partnership in helping campers attend is vital to ensuring that we are here for future generations. You have a unique opportunity to join us in ensuring that every child who wants to attend camp this summer will have the opportunity.

• Your contribution to our campaign will provide direct financial assistance for campers and allow us to continue to make capital improvements.

• Every camper at Laurelwood benefits from financial assistance, as camp tuition is subsidized by as much as 30% to ensure it remains affordable. Join with us now by making your investment in our community and helping to ensure that every Jewish child can celebrate our religion and culture through summer camp. The return on your investment will be felt for years to come, by both you and the campers you support. And regardless of whether you attended Camp Laurelwood yourself, you will become an integral link in the history and future of Camp

Share Your Generations

So many families have a tradition of attending Camp Laurelwood. While some are just starting a new tradition, others have an unbroken chain of two, three or even four generations of Camp Laurelwood campers and staff.
